This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in CodeSystems (http://fhir.hl7.nl/zorgviewer/ValueSet/CodeSystems) and CodeSysteem Labels (http://fhir.hl7.nl/zorgviewer/ValueSet/CodeSystems). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
